Relationship Perceptions

	You are being asked to participate in a study called "Relationship Perceptions," conducted by Dr. Nancy Frye, who is a faculty member at C.W. Post, Long Island University. The purpose of this study is to examine people's feelings and thoughts about their relationships, as well as their behaviors within their relationships. As a participant in this study, you will be asked about several aspects of your relationship, as well as your behavior within your relationship. Additionally, you will be asked to provide some background information. It will take approximately twenty minutes to complete this questionnaire.
	In order to participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and currently involved in a romantic relationship. Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may leave blank any question that you feel uncomfortable answering, and that you may discontinue participation in the study at any time. Your identity as a participant will remain anonymous. Your name will not be included in any forms. Individual participants' responses will not be reported and results will be reported only in the aggregate. Additionally, there are no anticipated risks to you for participating in this study, and the results of the study may provide benefits to the field of psychology.
