File > Save Project. Actually you should have been saving your project file all along through the editing process. Never make yourself start from the beginning of a project if your computer crashes (or the lights go out) because you weren't saving your work regularly. Never put yourself in a position where you lose more than five or ten minutes worth of work because you didn't save. If you regularly save your work, you can always go back and pick up where you left off if something happens.
