STEP 15. In Conclusion In conclusion, these steps cover some of the ways you can edit an audio clip in Audacity. There are some alternatives to what we did. For example, if your selection in Step 5 was just what you wanted, you could use the Export Selection As... option on the File Menu to export your audio clip at that point in the process. Or, instead of splitting the file in Step 6, you could cut the audio before and after the clip, then align to zero and fine tune the edits. Experiment with the program and find other alternatives to the preceding steps. Click the above graphic to hear the final audio clip for this project.
