My research interests center on the applications of information and communication technologies (ICTs) to assist users in accessing and using information in different environments. The following research framework presents four research areas: Users, ICTs, Information, and Environments. Within the four areas, I conducted studies on several research topics. I have developed this research framework during my academic career and am continually adding new research components to it.
